For permanent, precise designs on a variety of materials and products. The design is etched/engraved onto an item, by removing the top layer of the item and exposing the second layer. Logos can be engraved with really accurate detail, which is permanent. We can only engrave in single colour, and the colour is determined by the second layer of the product.
The design is printed onto a heat press vinyl and cut out of the background, excess vinyl is then weeded out of the design and the vinyl is pressed onto the garment with a heat press machine that cures it into the garment at high temperatures. This is available in full colour or single colour options.
Specially suited for detailed designs on uneven surfaces like pens and drink-ware. Ink gets transferred from an engraved plate only a product via a silicone pad, creating the image on the product. Widely used for pens, bottles and promotional products. We can pad print up to 4 colours but sizing is limited.
